Deleting your account
You can delete your incomn account at any time, in the app or by email:
In the app: go to Settings > Delete account and confirm.
By email: send a message to privacy@incomn.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your account.
Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days. Your profile is anonymised — your name, email, phone number, avatar, location, and push tokens are removed. Booking and payment records that Australian law requires us to keep are retained for the statutory period, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
